The e-Gift Card along with Your wishes will find its way to the gift receiver’s mailbox.
The e-Gift Card can be printed or, based on the ID number specified in the e-mail, exchanged for a plastic Partner Gift Card at any Kaubamaja or Selver information desk.

The e-Gift Card can be used in Kaubamaja, Selver, ABC King, SHU and I.L.U. stores all over Estonia. The value on the card does not have to be used up in one go and can be divided across several purchases.

What is Partner Gift Card?

Partner Gift Card is just like the good old gift card you know. The magnetic stripe plastic card does not break, it fits into your wallet and you can use its balance for making purchases.

You can buy the card and use it to pay for goods in Kaubamaja, Selver, ABC King, SHU and I.L.U. stores all over Estonia. There are 10€, 30€ and 50€ value gift cards available and also a custom sum can be arranged. What makes Partner Gift Card unique is its long period of validity – 3 years.

What is Partner Gift Card?: Partner Gift Card is a new plastic gift card that can be used in Kaubamaja, Selver, ABC King, I.L.U. and SHU stores all over Estonia. What makes the plastic Partner Gift Card unique is that it can be used multiple times for paying until the card balance is exhausted, and the card is valid for 3 years.
What value Partner Gift Cards can I buy?: Partner Gift Cards are available at fixed value of 10€, 30€ and 50€, and at custom value, which means You can decide the value of the card by making a payment of 10€ to 3000€ in full euros.
Where can I buy Partner Gift Cards?: Partner Gift Cards can be purchased in cash or with a bank card in Tallinn and Tartu Kaubamaja, Selver, ABC King, I.L.U. and SHU stores all over Estonia. Custom value cards are not available at regular checkouts of Selver and Kaubamaja Gourmet Department. Gift Cards cannot be purchased at Selve Express checkouts. Partner Gift Cards cannot be purchased by using other gift cards or bonus points.

What is Partner e-Gift Card?: Partner e-Gift Card is just like an ordinary gift card with an exception that you can send it to the recipient via email. Sending a Partner e-Gift Card is very simple and takes only 5 minutes – you have to enter the recipient’s contact information, choose a suitable design, determine the amount you want to give and pay via bank link. You can send Partner e-Gift Cards at www.partnerkaart.ee via computer, mobile phone or tablet. You can choose the amount of your Partner e-Gift Card, which has to be between 5€ and 300€ and in full euros.
Where can I buy a Partner e-Gift Card?: Partner e-Gift Cards are available only on this website. With one transaction you can buy maximum 50 Partner e-Gift Cards with different values. For a larger amount of cards, you need to make several transactions or contact Customer Service.

Can a Partner e-Gift Card be exchanged for a Partner Gift Card?: You can exchange a Partner e-Gift Card based on the card ID for a Partner Gift Card of the same value and validity at any Kaubamaja and Selver information desks.
What happens if I cannot print out the Partner e-Gift Card?: If it is not possible to print the Partner e-Gift Card, you can exchange it for a Partner Gift Card by citing the card ID number and your personal ID at any Kaubamaja or Selver information desk.
How much money do I have on my Partner Gift Card or e-Gift Card and for how long is it valid?: The easiest way to check your gift card balance and validity is to log into the Partner Card Self Service environment right here. You can check your card’s balance and validity also at Kaubamaja, Selver, ABC King, SHU and I.L.U. checkouts as well as Kaubamaja and Selver information desks or by phoning Customer Service 13 444 Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. Partner Gift Card and Partner e-Gift Card are valid for 36 months. After the expiry of the Partner Gift Card the payment option will be automatically closed and the unused amount cannot be used anymore and it is not refundable.
Can I use more than one Partner Gift Card or Partner e-Gift Card at once to pay for a single purchase?: When the price is more than the value on the Partner Gift Card or e-Gift Card, the remaining amount can be paid for by cash, card, other gift cards or Partner Card bonus points. You can use both, a Partner Gift Card and a Partner e-Gift Card to pay for a single purchase. If the price is smaller than the amount available on a Partner Gift Card or e-Gift Card, the customer can choose the amount they want to have deducted from the gift card and the remaining balance can be used for other purchases in the future.
What should I do when I have sent the Partner e-Gift Card to a wrong e-mail address or if the card has not reached the recipient?: When sending a Partner e-Gift Card, make sure that you have entered correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot help if the recipient’s e-mail address is closed, their inbox is full or sending a Partner e-Gift Card to a third person is technically not feasible. In such cases, the amount paid for the Partner e-Gift Card is not reimbursed to the buyer.
What should I do when I have lost my Partner Gift Card?: Take care of you gift card – do not forward it or leave it in a visible place in public places. Unfortunately, we do not compensate for stolen or lost gift cards. In the above case, the amount used by third persons is not subject to reimbursem*nt to the buyer or authorised user of the Partner Gift Card.
What should I do when I have lost my Partner e-Gift Card?: When you have lost your Partner e-Gift Card, please turn to any Kaubamaja or Selver information desk. Based on the Partner e-Gift Card ID number and your personal ID, we can replace the lost Partner e-Gift Card with a Partner Gift Card at Kaubamaja or Selver information desk.
Can I give my Partner Gift Card or Partner e-Gift Card to someone else to use?: Do not give your gift card to other persons. We cannot take any responsibility for any losses resulting from the gift card falling into the hands of third persons. In such case, the sum used by third persons is not reimbursed to the buyer or the authorised user of the Partner Gift Card.
What should I do when the Partner Gift Card or Partner e-Gift Card does not function properly?: If your Partner Gift Card or Partner e-Gift Card does not function properly, you can have it replaced with a new one at any Selver or Kaubamaja information desk. The new card will have the unused balance and remaining validity of the old card.
