Anne Clayton Costner, more popularly known as Annie Costner, was born to parents Kevin Costner and Cindy Silva on April 15, 1984, in Los Angeles, California. She has two siblings, Lily (1986) and Joe (1988), and four half-siblings from her father’s two other relationships, Liam (1996), Cayden (2007), Hayes (2009), and Grace (2010).
Little is known about her early life except for her memorable acting stints in three of her father’s films –“Dance With Wolves” as Christine,“Waterworld” as the Atoll Girl, and“The Postman” as Ponytail– and her credits in“The Baby-Sitters Club” as Annieand“Lazy Teenage Superheroes” as Melody.
Out of all her movie appearances, her role in the Oscar-winning “Dance With Wolves” stood out. That’s because of one adorable mistake that went down in the film’s history.
