In order to make this no yeast vegan cinnamon roll recipe, you need everyday ingredients like:

  • Butter: You’ll need vegan butter for the dough, filling and icing.

  • Baking Pan: These rolls can be baked in an 8 or 9-inch round cake pan. You want them to be close together while baking and not too spread apart. This helps the no-yeast cinnamon rolls stay nice and soft.

Ingredients

Vegan Cinnamon Roll Dough (no yeast)

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

    I found a successful tip Roll the dough out onto parchment/wax paper and then use the wax paper to roll the dough 100 times easier!

    I also didn’t use a roller I my was too sticky I just use my hands and shaped it into a rectangular shape

    I’m vegan but have found that vegan butter is very expensive, Can I use oil instead?

      Hi Lotus, I think using coconut oil in place of the vegan butter in the could work. Unfortunately, for the filling portion - it will alter the flavor. Usually, cinnamon rolls have a nice buttery filling. Where are you located? I have found vegan butter to be very close in price to regular butter where I am!
