It came. It came in my mind, actually, over lockdown. I really start to think about just from my own personal journey, how things had changed at pivotal times in my life. And I thought, I really want to do a podcast which finds those moments where we listen to our soul and then we go and act on it and we can really change the trajectory of our life.
